What you don’t know about Commercial Driver's License (CDL) violations may cost you your job and your state millions. This webinar highlighted the importance of enforcing CDL laws and explored how commercial vehicles affect traffic safety and other crimes. Prohibitions against masking convictions were also discussed.

Presenter
Jim Camp is senior attorney with the National Traffic Law Center, focusing on CDL-related topics. A nationally recognized authority on traffic safety, trial advocacy, law enforcement, and prosecution issues, he is an in-demand motivational and subject matter expert speaker. Jim served as elected district attorney (16+ years in Wisconsin) and assistant district attorney general and traffic safety resource prosecutor (9 years in Tennessee), with more than 33 years of experience as a trial lawyer. He has extensive experience in traffic safety, impaired driving, vehicular homicide, child abuse/neglect, drug delivery, and domestic violence prosecutions. Jim has authored numerous articles on impaired driving and trial advocacy, and over 24,000 people have heard him speak. He is a lifelong drummer, enthusiastic guitar picker, airplane pilot, second degree black belt, father of two, and world’s greatest grandpa to his four grandchildren.
